Gentle Mindful Yoga
A class designed for all levels from beginners to students who enjoy a more traditional yoga experience.
Breathing, stretching, strengthening, mindfulness, and relaxation will be emphasised in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
Each Thursday evening
from 6:15 to 7:30 pm
